The hotel is fairly clean and has spacious rooms and nice beds. The location is favorable and lovely, it's close enough to light railway and free Circulator bus that goes to the Harbour and Federal Hill. I appreciated the staff, they are knowledgeable and helpful.

The hotel staff is very informative and super friendly. The setting is excellent, just off light railway and free Circulator bus that goes to the Harbour and Federal Hill and all the attractions, downtown area. Moreover, it's within a close distance from a huge indoor market.

Has lots of character. Made access to other areas easy. Good little bistro type restaurants and bars. Most of what was good was outside the hotel.
The quality of fit out was poor. Worn out carpet, hot tap in kitchen permanently disabled. Blinds don't work and curtain rails fall off. Not sure what budget hotel should be worth but this over-priced in my view. I think the website could be more accurate in describing the quality. I was told I was up-graded. However, when I looked into another room on 1st floor, I think I was down-graded.

The Victorian style of the building was different from what I have experienced before. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Although naturally darker because of the Victorian style, it felt as though there was an eerie presence in the room; almost as if there was a ghost or spirit amongst us.

The location of this place is fantastic, just a few minutes away from an art museum, monuments, and a cathedral.

The room was spacious and filled with character, especially the large bedroom. The hotel's location near the Washington Monument, convention center, Inner Harbor, Lexington Market, and theaters was excellent.
-
Matthew
The location here is great, right across from a stunning church, and it's easy to visit the nearby monuments and cathedral.

Guess it was required but a welcome of a security door is not the best for a hotel; however if the area requires it, so be it.

Spacious room with a fridge and microwave for convenience. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was really nice. 😊
